No, unfortunately delivery to your hotel is not possible. You must collect the City Card from the tourist information centre after your arrival in Verona.
The Verona Card is only available at the regular price, there is no discount for groups and families. However, the price is very fair and you can definitely save some money with the City Card.
Yes, the purchase of the Verona Card can be cancelled free of charge if you buy the card from Tiqets.com or GetYourGuide. You can cancel the purchase up to one day before the start of your trip.

The Verona Tourist Card is suitable for families with children aged 14 and over. The Verona Card is not worthwhile for younger children, as admission to many museums is free or discounted.
Most of the main attractions are only partially accessible for disabled visitors. For example, you can visit the arena via a separate entrance, but you cannot move freely within the amphitheatre. Unfortunately, the Casa di Giulietta is not accessible at all. Here you can only visit the garden.
