Does the Verona Card grant fast entry?
The City Card grants fast-track entry to the arena / amphitheatre. For the Casa di Giulietta, an online appointment with a fixed time slot must be booked. For the other attractions and museums, you must go to the box office to get your ticket.
Are there days when the Verona Card cannot be used at some attractions?
Yes, you can only use the Verona Card during the opening hours of the participating attractions. Please note that many attractions are closed on Mondays. This includes the Arena and the Casa di Giulietta.
Can the validity period be extended beyond 48 hours?
No, it is not possible to extend the validity. The Verona Card is valid for a maximum of 48 hours.
Can the Verona Card be delivered to a hotel?
No, unfortunately delivery to your hotel is not possible. You must collect the City Card from the tourist information centre after your arrival in Verona.

The Verona Card is only available at the regular price, there is no discount for groups and families. However, the price is very fair and you can definitely save some money with the City Card.
Can the purchase be cancelled free of charge?
Yes, the purchase of the Verona Card can be cancelled free of charge if you buy the card from Tiqets.com or GetYourGuide. You can cancel the purchase up to one day before the start of your trip.
How is the loss or theft of the card dealt with?
Unfortunately, we do not know anything about this. We assume that a lost card will not be replaced. Therefore, take good care of your Verona Card!
Is the Verona Card suitable for families?
The Verona Tourist Card is suitable for families with children aged 14 and over. The Verona Card is not worthwhile for younger children, as admission to many museums is free or discounted.
Are the attractions wheelchair-accessible?
Most of the main attractions are only partially accessible for disabled visitors. For example, you can visit the arena via a separate entrance, but you cannot move freely within the amphitheatre. Unfortunately, the Casa di Giulietta is not accessible at all. Here you can only visit the garden.
