You will receive a digital voucher by email, which you can exchange for the physical card when you arrive in Verona (Address: Info Point IAT, Via Leoncino, 61 - Palazzo Barbieri). The Verona Card can be used immediately after collection.

However, the tourist card is not valid for the Aerobus airport bus or for journeys outside Verona.
